WORLD OLIVE CENTER FOR HEALTH

The World Olive Center for Health, founded in Greece, brings together scientific research and expertise focused on olive oil and its naturally occurring bioactive compounds.

 

Its scientific work includes the analysis of olive oil phenolic compounds using advanced NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) methodology.

The Center’s scientific team includes Prof. Prokopios Magiatis, Associate Professor of Pharmacognosy and Natural Products Chemistry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, whose research focuses extensively on natural products and olive oil.

For MORFEAS ELLAS, scientific analysis is an essential part of our commitment to documented quality and transparency.

What is inside the bottle matters.

We believe that exceptional olive oil should not rely only on appearance, packaging or words.

It should be supported by analysis and traceability.

For selected MORPHEUS oils, detailed laboratory analyses are carried out through the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, including analytical determination of phenolic compounds by NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) where applicable.

Before export, the selected batch can be accompanied by detailed quality and analytical documentation.
